What must Sen. Obama do to unite his "faction" with the Hillary Clinton "faction" from this primary race for the nomination. Can he do it without naming Sen. Clinton as his running mate.
Many of her voters were women and working class folks. She also had appeal in the latin community as well as the Catholic groups. Her constituency is strong and they have a voice. So will they follow her lead when she endorses Sen. Obama tomorrow in Washington, DC? This will be a big question. For Sen Obama to win he has to build bridges, fill the gap and assure many of his desire to take many of Sen. Clintons ideas and platform with him into the general election come November.
I hope all Democrats will come together and rally to the cause of taking the White House. We need a visionary with new ideas and someone who has a handle on modern issues and a sensitivity to address them as they should be.
