Senator Hillary Clinton has run a great race for the presidency. Her campaign has brought women closer to the day when there will be a Madame President instead of a Mr. President. I salute her for everything she has done in her life as a public and private citizen/servant.
Now that she is ending her campaign and endorsing Sen. Obama its time to think about the options. With and without her as VP.
Her withdrawal should not come with strings attached. She as a good democrat should ask all of her supporters to give Sen. Obama the opportunity to win this race. He has run a great campaign and he is a visionary next to Sen. McCain.
She should also give Sen. Obama the independence to select who he thinks best to be VP. The stakes are too high not to give him the choice.
It will be interesting to see what happens tomorrow and Saturday. Sen. Clinton you did good now do good by Sen. Obama.
