Has America slowed down? It's a fair question. Has America slowed down enough to listen to Barack Obama's message. Change We Can Believe In. It's a short phrase, but if you think about the text of it it's actually larger than life just like Barack Obama is. Words are very powerful if you listen to what they're saying. These five words are the most powerful words I've heard in my 35 years. These words remind me of the words of Franklin D. Roosevelt with the new deal for America and the words of John F. Kennedy saying we will put a man on the moon. Think where we would be today if people had said that's false hope. They weren't false hopes we did get a new deal and we did put a man on the moon. We can change America today if we come together. That's what it's gonna take to bring us back from the fear mongering we've dealt with for eight years now. That's what it's gonna take to get us off the addiction to foreign oil, that's what it's gonna take to get us out of this enormous debt we're in and that's what it''s gonna take to end this God awful war we're in, in Iraq. We can if we believe hard enough in these five little words. Change We Can believe In. Thank you Barack Obama for doing this for America Thank You.
