Actions speak louder than words and, "If you can keep your wits about you while all others are losing theirs, and blame you..." then mabe you and your team would make a good presidency.
The example above reminded me today of why I have been involved like never before in any political campaign and have been voting for this guy since he ran for Senate. It's not just Obama - it's the spirit of community given freedom to roam (maybe it's the internet! :) and, then, "work out" the solutions together rather than expecting someone else to provide it to us. It's a reliance on government; yet only if we, together as citizens, are truly that government. It's an acknowledgement that power and the seeking of it will always be - yet knowing this well enough to hold that power in check through the coming together of many talents into positive community.
Are we being naive? Yes, only if we look to only on one of us to provide the solutions.
May we continue to keep the spirit of this community alive going forward...
