Why not?

Create Business and bolster responsible ownership at the same time.

I believe that if there was such a law that Mexico would have less of a problem (if at all) with Stolen American weapons hurting or killing their citizens.

If every one had a safe and used it you would see a drop in stolen guns.

Any gun can be used for a crime so don’t pick on guns pick on those who help criminals by not locking up their unattended deadly property.

I don’t recall the NRA asking local law enforcement to leave their Weapons un-attended and un-locked over the second Amendment.
