Open Letter to The Honorable Chairwoman Nydia M. Velazquez
August 27, 2009
Dear Madam Chairwoman:
Subsequent to a brief visit to your office, where we spoke to Mr. Daniel Wiley – Community Coordinator, we are writing to voice our interest in creating 23 million new small businesses and 50 million or more new jobs through the Financial Stabilization [Trust] Plan.
Our proposal is to create an independent agency that is enacted by Public Law to PayGO the national fiscal budget of the United States on a weekly basis - $100 Billion weekly; pay for the cost of Healthcare Insurance Reform – estimated to be $100 Billion; and transform America into a self-financing consumption economy that creates Jobs! Jobs!! Jobs!!!
We are a former Federal Employee (ID#1226462) with the U.S. Department of Commerce – Bureau of the Census – Economics and Statistics Administration. Our “Public-Option PayGO” is polling 94% which is deemed subject to further critical analysis by your office. Some of our thoughts and organization ideas have been set forth on the DNC website – Organizing For America/POPLUV THE PAYGO.
As a resident of NYCHA, I am an advocate for self-reliance and free market capitalism. I support the Public-Option as you will see when you visit our writings on the DNC website.
All proprietary information and intellectual property about the National Economic Stabilization System (NESS) will be immediately forwarded to Mr. Daniel Wiley, your Community Coordinator, whom we trust will forward information to you and other members of the U.S. Congress.
In short, many of our ideas for NESS will enhance many of the bipartisan initiatives you have advocated to help small businesses succeed and create new jobs. We believe NESS as an independent agency of the U.S. Department of Commerce, will PayGO the national budget and generate surplus revenues that will make the United States of America a modern debt-free economic super power of the 21st Century.
Sincerely,
Thomas El-Bey
