The third and final presidential debate takes place tonight at Hofstra University in Hempstead, New York, starting at 9 p.m. ET. Much of the discussion will no doubt focus on the economy. Yesterday Barack announced his Economic Rescue Plan for the Middle Class, which build on many of his previous proposals to provide relief for millions of working families.
