Hello Citizens of Earth, Thank you for your view. I am fortunate to live in a lifetime that has begun a new evolution towards "justice." Unfortunately, I live in a lifetime that is also plagued with a viral epedemic that threatens national security and, more importantly, humanity.

I'm not sure if you've heard, but there's a movement of citizens inspired by the presidential campaign who are now submitting ideas for how they think the Obama Administration should change America. It's called "Ideas for Change in America." I've submitted an idea that Combats Global HIV/AIDS, Implements a National & Global HIV/AIDS Strategy, Provide Universal Access for the Global Fight Against HIV/AIDS, and intends to Achieve the Millennium Development Goals, and your votes are urgently needed before December 31st.
The title is: 21st Century STD and HIV/AIDS Intervention Cure.
