22 states are about to go to the polls.
We have one day.
We have one day to reach out to everyone we know.
We have one day to step out of our comfort zones, and reach for what is possible.
Today, a woman named Kendra in Kansas City, Missouri, watched the Yes We Can video with her daughter and together they decided to step into the current of history:
...I had been thinking about knocking on doors, but after listening, I decided to cross the commitment line. The line that’s drawn between watching and marching, the line between knowing the path and walking the path. My little girl and I went out to the patio homes, the single family houses, and we did the townhomes. We looked everyone in the eye and said, “I’m your neighbor. Barack Obama inspired me to come out today in the rain and ask you to vote on Tuesday. No matter your party affiliation, please come out and vote on Tuesday.” Most smiled and give you that look of surprise and wariness that comes because we don’t talk to our neighbors face to face. We handed out a small flyer, hand printed on our computer. It says, 'I came out today because Barack inspires me to be a better American. To care about my neighborhood, my city, my county, my nation, my world. That is the power of Barack Obama. That is what we want from an American president.'*Please sit down at the counter. Please cross the line. Please believe that this is a movement, not just an election.Heal this Nation, Repair this World Yes We Can Kendra, Kansas City, Clay County, Missouri, The UNITED States of America

Please email everyone you know.
Take time from work tomorrow to make a few phone calls.
Do something so that you can look back at these days and know that you helped turn the tide in this country.
Yes we can.
