The former United States ambassador in Romania and the present senator of Maryland, Jim Rosapepe, an active supporter of the democrat senator Barack Obama for the United States presidency, has spoke to draw attention over some relevant topics for Romania as well as for the Romanian-American citizens.
The campaign which supports the senator Barack Obama candidacy to the United States presidency has developed an international network, called "Americans Abroad for Obama", in order to incite the almost 10 billion American citizen which live abroad to register on the electoral lists and vote in favor of the democrat candidate.
"Americans in Romania for Obama" Commission is the Romanian branch, lead by John and Radu Florescu, with the purpose to encourage and mobilize the Romanian - American citizenship voters, which live in Romania to vote for Senator Barack Obama.
