I was mortified when Barack Obama took a well-deserved hit for employing Clinton has-beens as policy advisors. I will be publishing a book on COLLECTIVE INTELLIGENCE: Creating a Prosperous World at Peace, the first of three edited works coming out in 2008. The current policy process is incomplete and unstructured because it lacks an analytic framework that also integrated a balanced sustainable budget 25 years into the future. Policy advisors have platitudes and a very narrow traditional understanding. We need to engage 100 million returning and new voters to make this campaign soar. The current policy papers are righteous but unbalanced and incoherent as a whole.
