Asked about the possibility of a joint ticket, Obama resonded today:
"We are just focused on winning the nomination. That is my focus. I respect Sen. Clinton. She has been a tenacious opponent. It is premature to talk about a joint ticket."
PREMATURE? The Clintons are the exact OPPOSITE of the hope Obama inspires. How DARE he even contemplate pushing that vile woman on us, his loyal supporters? He owes us at LEAST that much!!!
The correct answer to that question is - with Obama angrily waving his finger at the camera:
"I will NOT have political relations with that woman!"
Clinton is using this "dream ticket" concept to her advantage - vote for me, she implies, and I'll bring my lackey boy Obama along. He's just an uppity Jesse Jackson anyway - right, Bill sweetheart?
If Obama won't stand up for his supporters and free them of the outright FEAR of Hillary coasting along on his ticket, right into the White House -
I mean, seriously - can you imagine a "Do ANYTHING to Win" Clinton with an itchy trigger finger, only a heartbeat away from the Presidency...
It's BEYOND political suicide.
I'm not putting myself through all of this emotional turmoil, only to have the party bigwigs force Clinton onto Obama's ticket, flushing everything we've worked for right down the toilet.
So Obama can choose me - or he can keep Hillary and her race-baiting, closet racist, ignorant old party-liners. I got NO plans to "unify" with those people.
If he can't fight for us, then I'm done fighting for him. End of story.
[And sorry for the repost - I'm highly PO'd right now]

So, yeah.
I'm reading along then this bad ass title jumps out and grabs me...I chuckle out loud. I re-read it in my best imagined Bill Clinton accent...I LOL.
I discover it's my friend...the brilliant (and my personal favorite) blogger Jack Nolan.
Did you guys get down to Austin yet?

Nah, it'll probably be July before we make the move. Can't wait, though.
If Hillary skanks her way onto the ticket, man - I'm gonna get seriously neg'd out on some Obama REAL quick. Tricked, cheated, swindled...
The Dems better thing long and hard before pulling a fast one on us.
With comments like that - for all I know, they're just drawing out this whole "contest" to fill up the campaign coffers for the general.
After all she's put us through - that is SO not cool.

I doubt if President Obama has even given her a second thought, but he can't give the press more stuff to twist. Even the press knows that the two of them can't stand each other. For one, Hillary hates to lose and she will definitely say or do anything to win. President Obama doesn't play her type of games.. er.. um.. politics. She has no integrity and is, at best, a snake, so he will not crawl around in the mud with that slime (Hillary). Don't worry, and please don't lose hope.
What's really surprising to me is with alllllll of the HOPE we've had and alllllll of the "Yes We Can!" that I've seen, those who can't swallow a small loss are acting like she can win. It's simple math. She can't win, no matter what happens going forward. Please know that and pass that along and please get a large pitcher of HOPE and drink it straight down becaue you're belching CAN'T.

I'm just sick of her abusing that concept to pull votes - and I don't trust either party to do what's right.
What's to keep her from forcing herself onto the ticket "for the good of the party"?
Pure evil.

I'm not worried about her winning. I'm worried about her pulling the VP slot. The media is playing us hard.
It would be nice if Obama could give us some assurance.
