I have received two (2) messages from the Obama campaign in the last two days, both of which claim that Obama won "the most states and the most delegates on Tuesday", February 5. This is simply not true.
Visit NPR and VotefromAbroad.org (which I found while looking for an interactive primary results map), and you will see that Hillary gained the most votes and delegates, though not the most states, on Tuesday. Vote from Abroad and NPR both show Hillary has the lead, with 784 to Obama's 758 delegates.
Why is the Obama campaign willingly spreading this lie?? It is beneath the character Barack and his beautiful, intelligent, articulate, wonderful wife, Michelle, are trying to portray in the dynamic man who may become our next president.
This is extremely bothersome to me, because it smells like Karl Rove. Please, someone, explain to me how this statement can truthfully be made.
