Joe Biden took a bus tour through New Hampshire today, holding community gatherings in Rochester and Manchester. In the evening, he flew back to his home state of Delaware in time to appear as the keynote speaker at the Delaware Democratic Party Jefferson Jackson Dinner. He was joined by his wife Jill, and his children Hunter and Ashley.
