Keep on Pushing, y'all.
Don't let fear keep your friends from voting for anyone, especially Obama. I was speaking to some co-workers today. One much younger one said that she and her friends weren't going to vote for Barack because they feared for him. That's a nice (though naive) sentiment, but not a good reason to keep from voting on Super Tuesday. I expressed to her that it Obama's in it to win and that we should all have faith that voting for him is the right thing to do.
Yes, We CAN!!

Michelle Obama said they are not running their campaign on fear. The way she put it is: Barack is a black man he could get killed walking to the 7/11. (or whatever store she used) That is a sad commentary on US society that there are still people "born suspect" and the targets of random hate.
The reason your young friends must vote for him is that will never end unless he is elected. He and Michelle know the risks and have chosen to take them. I decided if he was crazy enough to do so, I was crazy enough to give him my support.
Mos Def said he feels like he is living in two Americas. That has to end. No one should choose a candidate based on ethnics or gender, but on ability and talent. Obama is the leader of the next generation. We must support him and keep him in our prayers (the prayful ones).
Seeing how the tide has changed in his favor, I do not believe his life is in danger.
