Whoever pays the cost to be the boss
must now pay close attention.
Because those who boss the rest of us
have purposely failed to mention
that there is a difference between being a big boss
and having Big Boss style.
A big boss tries to enforce other’s loss.
Big Boss style is beyond trial.
A big boss needs followers and subordinates.
Big Boss style inspires believers.
A big boss prohibits powerful delegates.
Big Boss style sponsors high achievers.
A big boss would rather be feared and hated.
Big Boss style makes love conquer all.
A big boss refuses to be debated.
Big Boss style debates the right call.
A big boss wants the top of a pyramid.
Big Boss style seeks to complete the sphere.
A big boss is always eventually out bid.
Big Boss style leaves a legacy to the near and dear.
