I propose we have another nationwide march on 10/18/09! Lets coordinate! I myself only had 3 days to organize my event here in Cincinnati on the 13th of September. That was not enough time to do it right, especially with my limited budget. There was no time for word of mouth to spread in three days. We only had about ten marchers at the peak of the march, but we did network with each other & we got media coverage. Channel 19 WXIX & CityBeat newspaper showed up. We were noticed by drivers & got positive feedback from people on the street. I also had the pleasure to meet and talk with Nicholas Hollan who is running for Cincinnati city council. He is a strong supporter of the cause and at this point in time is planning on joining us in this next march.

UPDATE: The permit has been pulled so this is a go! Rain out date is the 25th of October. I want to clearly state the meeting location this time. I was too vague & many may have totally missed us. Everyone meet at the corner of 5th & Walnut by Fountain Square, downtown Cincinnati, on 10/18/09 at 11:30 We'll march the streets from there at 12 again. Depending on turnout & weather we will march for 30 min. to an hour. I will show up early to this event, hopefully by 11, to ensure more organization and preparation. And BTW, there is a Bengals game at 1PM on the 18th, so we will have a large audience! We had a very large audience today because of the game at 1PM. So help me make this an event to remember!
