On the 45th anniversary
of Martin’s “I Have a Dream”
Barack will accept the nomination
and the crowd will certainly scream
Our country now more accepting
of one's character not their skin
having faith in Barack as a person
Democrats believe he can win
A historic time for our nation
when a black man could be President
this day will be written in history
and our pride will be evident
Removing Bush from the White House
in November we will arrange
Barack is the change we can believe in
and I say “Embrace the Change!”
