Our campaign is built on a strong foundation of grassroots organizing – of friends talking to friends, neighbors talking to neighbors, and ordinary Americans working for change in their communities.

Constituency groups play a key role in this movement, as they connect Americans in distinct communities with others who share their goals for change.

In the African American constituency video, Barack speaks about his time as a community organizer in minority communities. His supporters say Barack “know the importance of registering and getting out the vote.” And, they realize “he can’t win without us.”

Hello all just sharing a few of my personal thoughts.

For those who don't believe in Obama,The same tactics where used on John Kerry when he was running for president which was doubt and fear. He was too articulate they said and all talk and people didn't trust him. People didn't think he would be the better president. Fear was put into peoples head and they opted for what they thought was the safe choice.

Now years later the man who people thought to be the best or better candidate proves not to be. How do people know what being ready for becoming or being president is. You cant possibly be ready until you are faced with choices that proves you to be a good president.The people that say he is not ready are The same people that claimed ready was voting for bush.

People see change and run away from it because its better to struggle in life than to give change a chance. Obama brings hope for something new and better all he is asking is the chance and the opportunity to help us fight for change. Change is good thing it moves us forward and makes us better people. It makes us learn from the past to not only to better ourselves but to become better mothers, fathers, brothers, sisters, daughters,sons, and human beings.

As with many things in life you don't have the guarantee that everything will always go smoothly and that change will be immediate but you cant see or have change in the world unless you give it a chance. Remember the thing that connects us all in the world is hope and with it comes and opportunity and change.
