I don't mean to poke at you, but this is in general: Why do people posts blogs that advertise the candidacy of a U.S. Senator/Representative who is running in a state that some people on the website don't live in that state on a PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDACY website?

P.S.: Hope he wins! I don't even live in Oregon, but we need more Democrats in the Senate! Good luck!

Hmmmm... I thought I had posted this exclusively to my Oregon groups. Sorry for the confusion.

While I was in Denver for the DNC, however, Senator Reed (NV) told me that it falls on our shoulders to make sure that if we back Barack, we've got to elect Jeff Merkely to the U.S. Senate to ensure that 60-40 majority.
