Who's Dictating the Message

It's obvious to us out here watching the Obama campaign that the McCain campaign is dictating the message every day. They just throw out some crazy statement and Obama spends his day reacting to the slander. What's wrong with the campaign that ran so well against Clinton, at least until she started her running own gutter campaign. Why doesn't Obama get some street fighters on his staff who know how to hit back and cut these people off and take control of the message, putting them on the defensive. Watching Obama's campaign right now is like seeing him in spandex wind surfing on Lake Michigan. The whiff of "losing again" is in the air because Democrats are too wimpy to get down in the dirt and fight the Republicans.
