Latinos are discriminated on the job all the time. When I called the Equal Opportunity Employment Commission in Houston an African American answered and told me I was discriminated because of race but I tried to say it was national origin as the one race listed on my application was white but I have an accent and olive skin which is my national origin. So there is discrimination even in the treatment by the EEOC. Mixed races do not have protection when they are forced to pick one raxe instead of telling the truth and embracing without fear of discrimination. President Obama is not African American that is just an American way of putting him into a box they want him to fit into. Our President mother is white so he could say he was white if he could say he was black or we have to stop wsing colors and countries for races, we have a color white that is a race and countries for the American Indians, African Americans,Asian Americans and Hispanic seems to be a culture not a country or a race as Hispanics are many races countries (Cuban. Puerto Rican, Itallian, Spanish from Spain. :onduranians, .exican, *merican Indians, Guatamalian. Costa Rican. Columbian, Venzulavelia,Salvadorian, Nicarigian, Chilian and often confused for people with olive complection who are not Latino like myself). Latinos come in all colors from black to blond and all shades in between so the only thing they have in common is the spanish language not race!! So we discriminate against our nation by continuing to pretend we are not discriminating when we continues to use a colour for caucatians and countries for mongoloid or negroid and we do not have a way to identify mibed races as some have more than two races so would not fit into the biracial catagory. Biracial seems only to apply to any country other than European countries and I say country as we are using a country Africa to describe our president when we ignote his mother genes. I think it should not be required like age is not required just date of birth as it discriminayes on people and does not allow any real recourse. President Obama are you 2uropean Caucasian or African American? Your grandmother and mother did not raise you to think african american as they did not know how as they were not African American but caucatians from many countries in Europe like Irish Americans, German Americans, or Scottish. We must change our discriminatory practices every day and stop mixing colors for those we favor and countries we want to disvriminate legally under this set up! Ricardo Sanchez would have not been able to succeed in CNN if he did not use a fake name as CNN like every other television and government agencies including our navy would not allow him to progress but discriminat him like all Latinos are kept down in America but Avanpoir kept her name to give CNN credibility as we are at war with people of her national origin as it appears to the viewers. To change her name to Anglosize would defeat the credibility og her ability to speak Arabic so we can understand those we are at war with, However, spanish speaking people are growing and we keep tman down like American Indians because we are a babaric people of invading bigots who pretend we are native Americans because of manefest destiny as God planned it! God planned it to be a nation of native Americans until pushy people invades and now want to dport Mexicans whose ansestors are an indiginious people all the way up to Canada which includes half of the United States! We do to those indifinous people more discrimination then any other people, African Americans are not deported just discriminated against but native indiginous mexicans and Native American have a unique provlem that is not felt by other people! Jews are considered white in America when Latinos who are caucasicians are not because of our need to distinguish in writing so we can discriminate! So the EEOC is a worthless waste of tax dollars and do not help stop discrimination but perpetuate it by labeling people so discrimination is possible in the computer resume age!
