We should force wardens and governors to enhance society by turning out citizens with licenses to work and have companies set up for them to work in!This can be funded by federal grants as the net profit between the revenue generated by their labor and the cost of the grant to tax payers is lower than the cost of imprisoning them for nusiance misdiminor crimes resulting from unemployment and which are enhanced to felonies. Prisoners should not just play all day in jail as this endangers society when they are released without skills to work and increases repeat encarations as life is not workable without skills and jobs! Putting released prisoners to work will cut down on state expenses and help them balance their budgets! Most programs benefit nonprofit organizations employees not prisoners and do not reduce resiideration significantly! Our tax dollars are to be used wisely to produce productive citizens!
