Problem #1, what do the voters really care about? All these negative concepts..No! All the junk about Wall Street bailouts?...No! The American voter cares about themselves, their families and their future.
Solution: Solve the problems that have created all the stress and anger. Gas prices..Food prices.
Here's how to WIN the election: At the next debate, when a silly attack is offered by McCain, our candidate offers his ENOUGH IS ENOUGH statement and then proceeds with the following.
I promise from the first day of my presidency gasoline prices will by executive order be $1.99 gal.
(In simple terms an executive order will direct every gas station in America to sell all grades of gas and diesel fuel at $1.99)
Diesel fuel will be by executive order $1.99 gal. Propane, Home heating oil and natural gas will be priced at the prices when gas was $1.99 in the past...and the funds to subsidize this promise have already been approved and are availible NOW! The 700 Billion bailout funds would be redirected to this plan, the democrats running for re-election will take all credit for funding this plan which return the voters cash...If it cost them $100 to fill their gas tank on x-mas day it will cost them $50 on Barack's first day as President. When these enrgy costs have been put in place the same effect will be felt at the checkout counter at grocery stores aas food costs have been effected and almost doubled by frieght and transportation costs as well as energy costs related to processing and storeage. Freezers,trucks , ships, trains and warehousing eat energy ,lower the energy cost directly lowers grocery and food costs..BACK to the $199 gallon of milk etc.
Remember the funds are already in place and Democrats can take all the credit!!!!!!!Forget bad mortgage paper..Think consumers and putting cash back in their pockets..
This concept is bulletproof,it ends all attacks about preachers, Ayers, Names and all the rest of the attack junk,McCain will be blindsided and have to send the bimbo back to Alaska and he can return to one of his 6 or 7 houses in shame and defeat, and sadly Tina Fey will be out of a job at SNL.
