We are the bridge.

I know I am gonna get jumped on but here it is.

I really think that Hillary Clinton really really thinks that she is the best. I do not think that she holds any real contempt for Barack except for the fact that he is young, exciting and is winning right now.
She believes that she has the knowlege, connections and experience to get the job done. She believes that out of all the people that were running for president, she really is the one who can get things done.
I used to believe that she hated Barack. But I think this does not come from contempt, but just from the fact that she feels in her heart that she has worked for this most of her life. And she has.
She and Bill can not understand why others just cant see that, and it makes them mad. They only know how to fight this fight politically and the people they are trying to reach out to are not politicians so thier arguement falls flat. Barack is talking to a new audience, one that is immune to the political process and really is new to it all together for the most part. Barack has a hard time getting his arguement to stick with those who are politial because they can not and do no want to believe that someone can change things and that Hillary is the one who knows the ropes and is the best bet.

These two groups of people have a large divide and somehow we have to get a bridge there. Hillary and Barack can not do it. We have to. We have to be the bridge. We need to stop the divide and stop harping on one another.

If anyone can bring this together is it us. And it only can be WE THE PEOPLE.

If you research Obama's full record and history, you will realize that he has as much experience as Hillary Clinton. Both candidates believe they are the best for the job but take a look at their approach. Obama has been trying to build a bridge with the Clinton people from the very beginning, and chose not to damage her as she tried to damage him. Why would you want someone on your ticket who told the whole world that you are nothing more than a speech, that you are unprepared and unqualified to be president? Hillary is not an honest broker. Hillary knows Obama's depth and his true abilities. She had no problem co-sponsoring a number of bills that he wrote and sponsored in the Senate. If he were a know nothing and so inexperienced, why would she do that? She is disingenuous.

I agree that Hillary probably believes that she can do it and Barack cannot. She seems to be very arrogant for someone who has been losing for quite some time now. I'm wondering if she will tone down the "attactics" now and try to save face and actually try to help unite the party against McCain or if she will continue to run this horrible campaign against Obama.

Hi Laura. I also believe she thinks she is the best.

People are tired of the same old politics and we want more Truth, Trust, and Respect. 11 straight loses after super Tuesday and then still staying in after other loses... I knew then that she was not operating under good faith/ sportsmanship - not with reason but emotion.

As a voter and citizen I am looking for a more open, respectful, and accountable Washington. She simply does not fit into the new paradigm Obama is putting forth.

It is cliché, but it is true.

Many Obama supporters are actually the political types. We are precinct captains, county chairs, affirmative action chairs, county platform committee members, or just the folks who vote in every primary, caucus, and general, with signs in our yard for all the Democratic candidates, and a quarter of a pecinct's doors to knock. But we are like the newbies of this campaign, we seek and find hope within ourselves, with help from a man named Barack. The guidance he gives to te hope we find within, and the change we must and will become, that is the new paradigm.
