There is a new Barack Obama chat room that has been setup on IRC (on the freenode.net servers). If you've never used IRC, its very simple to use. And, if you don't have a client (i.e. Colloquy for Mac or mIRC for Windows) you can join in online using Mibbit (http://www.mibbit.com).
To use mibbit, go to http://mibbit.com. Under "Connect to a new server" enter the following details:Type: IRCServer: Freenode.netNickname: [choose nickname]Pass: [leave blank]Channel: #barackobama
Make sure to include the hash (#) before the channel name. #barackobama
