The GOP can surely not unclinch their fists.

But Bipartisanship remains in this case just a mean to an end.

Please move on with the BIG CHANGES you have started.

Mainstreet is surely delighted about the CHANGES

Wallstreet may not be satisfied with the changes, but that's ok since Wallstreet needs healing.

This morning they needed to be hip-hop, yo yo, dudes in da hood.

This afternoon, Meghan McCain says they need to be high techno savvy, even they don't know a bit from a byte.

Canadians as a whole were extremely happy that President Obama picked Canada as his first foreign trip and showed their appreciation.

So in turn we'd like to thank President Obama for estowing that honor on us. President Obama has the highest favorable ratings any foreign (and possibly even Canadian) leader has ever had at 85% to 90%.

Canadian broadcasters must meet guidelines and rules set out in their license agreement from the CRTC-the governing body of broadcasters. If they did some of gotcha,slanted or outright lying some of the MSMS do, they could lose their license to broadcast. CBC (Canadian Brosdcasting Corporation) is owned by the Government of Canada and has even more stringent rules to follow as a result.

Some might argue that's an invasion of the freedom of speech, others like the CRTC argue that along with freedom comes a responsibility for honest and ethical reporting.

I tend to agree with the CRTC.

Folks, I posted this on the other thread, but wanted to make sure as many of you saw it as possible. This is the REAL scandal--thousands of U.S. citizens hiding their money in UBS Swiss bank accounts to avoid paying taxes. This is the bank of Phil Gramm (friend of John McCain), architect of the de-regulation which most say caused our financial meltdown. I believe the UBS thing is the REAL reason the market is down and hope you all are all over this.

As I was writing CNBC to ask them to cover this I saw a UBS commercial on there. Fat chance they'll cover it!

My contribution to helping the U.S. economy ? ...

... is to not spend but rather to get out from under a mountain of debt by trying my best to pay down that debt.

So, I get particularly irked by so-called do-gooders who think they can legislate (ie. punish with higher fees) car owners who own SUVs (one of my cars is an 2000 Izuzu Rodeo, paid for).

I freaking don't NEED (ok, let me translate that, can't AFFORD) another car payment loan.
