What a great event today, Loved what they said :) Unite For Change!
The heart of unity is all of us coming together to act now in the present and never give up. Together, Senator's Obama & Clinton were and are a symbol of unity.
"We may have started on separate paths, but today our paths have merged. Today our hearts are set on the same destination for America," Clinton said.
"Because of the campaign that Hillary Clinton waged, my daughters and all of your daughters will forever know there is no barrier to who they are and what they can be in the United States of America," Obama said.
After the silly season of politic's in the primary election campaigns,I always thought that they would be standing together on the Issue's, Unified!
Even though my choice was always Senator Barack Obama, I want it known i am not one to shut out those that supported other's in the primary. Welcome! And to those that might object to My view of showing Senator Hillary Clinton alittle respect, well, one day you might understand. :)
