I believe in looking at both sides of any argument, and looking at all available facts. So I was researching why Hillary thought she might be able to beat McCain in November, and found this Blog post link on her campaign's front page:

The arguments here amount to Hillary beating the dead (or at least nearly dead) horse of "experience" claims, which obviously won't fly against a candidate with deep government experience like McCain -- especially if you count his long military service record, on top of his public service. They also discounted the polls that are now showing Obama to be the only consistent winner against McCain, in national polls. The only evidence they attempt to cite is "margin of error." Their blog comments are full of the same self-congratulatory crud such heavily moderated (read: censored) sites are prone to. I tried to comment on the article myself, with the top 3 links from Google below, but I kept hitting this error page:

The 3 links below are expanded from my Google findings, which I tried to place in the comments of Hillary's censored site:
I just Googled "democrat versus mccain" (don't trust me -- try it yourself) and these were the top links: http://www.realclearpolitics.com/epolls/2008/president/national.html This is a national poll showing Hillary LOSING to McCain by 1.6%, and Obama WINNING against McCain by 3.3%. In fact, it shows Obama winning by bigger margins than Hillary, against EVERY Republican candidate, including Huckabee. This is the TOP Google result! This may be the within the margin of error, but this web page doesn't say so. http://www.iht.com/articles/2008/02/03/america/letter.php This is an article by the International Herald Tribune, with the title "Obama vs. McCain would be dream match". They admit they view Obama as the more "green" candidate, yet they say this just creates another nice point of contrast with McCain -- not an automatic detractor like the Hillary camp claims. I personally value intelligence over mere "experience" -- it's the difference between making the same old mistakes, and knowing how to fix them so they don't happen again.
http://nationaljournal.com/walter.htm From the article: 'Now, the potential matchup with the Arizona "maverick" is likely to benefit Obama. Polls taken in the last week have shown that while neither Obama nor Clinton has been able to win a majority of the vote when matched up against McCain, Obama has been slightly ahead, while Clinton has been slightly behind. The difference is independents. Obama runs very well with independents and Clinton does not.'This is not even going into the "news results" portion of Google. I don't have to tell you how disturbing these results are for the Hillary campaign. Claims of "experience" aren't going to work well against someone who has been in government as long as McCain, especially if you count his military service record. It's time to bring out the "big guns" against McCain, like technology policy, and the Iraq/Iran war. In both areas, Obama is far ahead of Hillary, in every respect. Don't believe me? Look at their war voting records! For technology policy issues, these are good reference sites:

I think Barack Obama's stated policy goals beat every other candidate, in the context of these sites' analysis.
These are other examples of how weak Hillary Clinton is, on corporate and campaign reform, versus either John McCain or Barack Obama:

And here is one of my heroes, the genius behind Creative Commons licenses, Lawrence Lessig, expounding on why Barack Obama is his candidate of choice, and why Hillary is more like an old Republican than anyone lets on:

And last but not least, here's a breakdown of the web servers used by all the candidates, which strangely shows why Hillary Clinton is the ONLY Democratic candidate that is just like 69% percent of the Republican field: her servers run on Windows 2003/IIS, instead of Open Source (and more secure) alternatives:

I know, I'm an experienced Systems Administrator, so I'm a technology snob. I just can't vote for ANY campaign that runs on Microsoft monopoly software!
