Pakistan Angry About Indian Nuclear Sub

The Pakistan army, government and people are literally up in arms (extra nuclear capacity) about the now vulnerable to sub first strike potential of India's new weapon. It could be a chance to seize the moment and propose the Edwards option, zero nuclear weapons between the two countries. The Taliban and Al Qaeda would still pose a threat, but not one so close to a nuclear armed, fragile economy country. Come out with a statement eventually we want to be there with China and the Bear embracing the zero option.
