At around 10:00 this morning over 250 volunteers assembled in the shade of a tent just inside the main entrance of the Summerfest grounds and then moved to inside the Marcus Amphitheater to go over final preparations for the event.
The large crowd - many of whom are Obama Team Leaders - divided up into smaller group, each tasked with helping out with a specific aspect of the event (one large group will help attendees find their seats another will help those in need of physical assistance, etc.).
