McCain would be the right person for this job. He has indepth knowledge of the military. He would be tough on wasteful Pentagon spending. He'd be after Bin Laden like a hound dog after a racoon. This would prove that Obama is willing to unify the country and willing to reach out to Republicans.
Just a thought.
