For obvious reasons the Obama campaign should not loose some devoted volunteers like me (and few others to whom it has happened in these last days) because some infiltrator has seen an advantage in having us removed and not being able to work for Obama campaign by reporting on a post. I personally am very cautious about my posts, but this is a political campaign and I do have strong opinions based on researching facts.
Please let me know how would you resolve this problem, what practical steps could be taken by the administrator to be able to:
remove the injurious infiltrators (or “trolls”) and their messages
make sure that people who are innocent were not getting upset or endangered by a vengeful report.
An obvious thing to check is the profile of the reporter and of the accused. If someone has been here for awhile and has a number of activities and points, it is less likely that this person is an infiltrator.
There has been an intensified infiltrating activity here since the last weekend. They usually are registered for a moment or a day. We are a very free community, and this a special attraction. We want maintain this free, artistic and open minded vision of the world. Please leave here your thoughts and act, before this will happen to you.
I also believe that the administrator's letter should simply include the reported message (!) as well as acknowledgment of the strength of the profile of its author. We have Rights! We are the ones who make it all happen. By giving our time, thoughts, expressions and money. We are the one and a half million donors – volunteers.
I have invested in this campaign! I am an investor, not merely a blogger.

I have found this warning message only today.
I am perplexed with confusing thoughts.
A blogger wrote yesterday “they give you only one warning before removing an account” Is this correct?
I checked ACTIVITY in my profile, and NO comments are marked there as REMOVED
I have not posted anything obscene or offensive. But I made about 30 comments on 6/3. between calling to South Dakota. So could you send me the comment which was removed? Such procedure certainly would help people like me. Infiltrators know very well WHY they get a warning. I truly don't. I would learn from it.
On 6/2 and 6/3 I spent CONSIDERABLE amount of time sending alerts about INFILTRATOR POSTS which I judged as injurious to our purpose. (I see them today as well but am reluctant to act at all on anything). I made a mention of that in a comment, so may be I was reported as revenge. BTW alerting is time consuming and I do not get points for the alerts.
Seeing this comment of mine which someone deemed offensive would enable me to verify it was really mine – and not made by someone else by infiltrating my account. I have read several stories in the last 3 days of just that happening.. No one has access to my computer at my place.
I have NOTED “something going on” with people accounts and emotions in these last 3 or 4 days. This is discouraging and distressing. Accounts busted and (nice) people afraid to comment and leaving. Do not let it happen.
7. The campaign is very well aware that behind every TRUE supporter of Barack on this blog there is an incredible amount of emotions. I cannot tell you how I am feeling today. I gave you my LIFE in these last 4 months as well as 1/7th of my earnings this year. I went broke in February but donated.
To finish – if supporters like me are under a threat of termination on the basis of what I have described, this means that there is something very very wrong happening to the campaign and its future goals. I think my profile can be a clue. And I have done much more.

I am so glad that I found this discussion (I searched “warning”). I am totally wrecked by a similar message I found yesterday which was posted earlier on 6/3. We must ACT and ORGANIZE , something has not been right since Sunday. A Friend was so upset that she left, and I will SUSPEND all giving and volunteering until this is clear.
Please join me as a friend and communicate. WE obviously did nothing wrong. What is wrong is posting by Trolls of injurious messages, especially including the A... word, and insults. I spent Monday on reporting Trolls (lots on VP issue). I am here since 1 February and more then full time, completely. I never got any message back about my reports. I cannot see if they were removed. What follows here is 1. my letter of response to this warning and 2. the warning letter signed d by “Diane”. I may ad I make up to 30 or so comments in blogs, and half of it is saying welcome to every newcomer I see on the blog. 3. you my check relevant discussion in my blog to my post on JFKfan booting.
I think this message by “Diane” is insulting and hypocritical, patronizing and dismissive. I am a 58, poor like hell, white (if not green from blogging to much for this campaign) and a woman. As a staunch Obama supporter I feel being part of a demographics that is now denied by both campaigns and the press, and now this??!!!
My actions on this community (my first blogging ever!!!) have been mostly proactive or informational, and I worked my butt for the campaign every part since Big Tuesday Feb 5..
I work for Obama – direct. Noone is going to stop me, no middle men or women. If these messages were sent by an infiltrator – we must solve it, and so does our management as we will loose good people. If this is done by our management, they need to learn something FAST!
