"As of today, Monday 29 December 2008, APRD is pleased to announce to the national and international communities that it we will begin to canton all our fighters in accordance with the agreement from the all-inclusive political dialogue. Immediately after grouping our troops, we’ll move to the disarmament and demobilisation phase under the accords we have signed and which are recommended by the All-inclusive political dialogue to be immediately implemented."

Let us hope the new year and the concept of inclusion bring us similar good news from other areas of conflict and disarray around the globe.
