Does anyone know how to donate artwork for the campaign?

I put a lot of work into a drawing, and brought it to the viewing party. Everyone said I should do something with it, like make t-shirts or posters or something. So I got it scanned as a PDF, but I have no clue what to do next, and emailing the campaign just gets an automatic response.

Any idea on what to do next?

I think it would be a great idea to find our a place for artists to donate work. Artists often don't have a lot of money but this would be a wonderful way to donate.

Perhaps an auction?

Where are you? I am a writer. But would love to help organize something like this. If we can find an outlet. Maybe an online auction, but that would require promotion.

I am in Boston. I do know someone in NYC who has done major art auctions as fundraisers.

I was wondering the same thing - I see the prints for sale on the Obama store and that seems like the most financially advantageous way to approach it - Does anyone out there know where to send scans of original work for this purpose??

Hi Eomala & fellow artists! I would love 2 donate some art 2 the cause also (I illustrate) I have a couple of suggestions for now:
**I just joined SWAG IDEAS (an OBAMA group) U can contribute UR ideas/work, participate, connect.
**I recently heard @ Cafepress.com ... there's NO initial/upfront costs & I believe I saw OBAMA gear on the site.
I have NOT researched these options yet but perhaps someone knows more @ them.

**KEEP your creating juices FLOWING!! UR piece is GREAT!! Thank U so much 4 sharing UR work. Ive been having an 'out-of-money-experience' myself, it was really getting 2 me tonight so I went online 2 check BO events & saw UR blog. U have reminded me that 'when the going gets tuff'....artists create! So Im going 2 go draw. I will repost if I get more info on venues. Thank U again!! (it WILL be artists that save the world, U know...) UR in my prayers,
