I know that a few people were interested on the status of GA HB 430, so here's an update.
Yeah, its from C4L, but it's worth a look.
Apparently, the bill is stuck in committee, and the committee chairs, Rep. Calvin Hill, Chairman of the Financial Institutions & Services Subcommittee, and Rep. Mike Coan, Chairman of the Regulations & Oversight Subcommittee, did not allow the bill to come up for discussion, though the article says that they promised to do so.
