say it Mr Bush; you would really just love to ammend the constitution so you could prematurely hand over the presidency to the most likeable leader on the face of the earth right now (president to be Barack Hussein Obama. He embodies hope for all faiths and all races. Mr Obama is certainly ready and capable of giving the state of the union address this month. However, he will be eve more ready next January. God bless America!
