------ My Viewpoint: Gov. Sarah Palin is a far bigger threat in this campaign than most recognize!
Most voters' vote due to their emotional response & identifying with a candidate, & that is the marketing reason for the genius of picking Gov. Sarah Palin. McCain has lost his marketability, therefore, Palin will be the marketing package for the Republican campaign. They are going to sell the emotional & identity sizzle, & we could end up with yet another deception that worked. They are experts at this kind of marketing & it will take expertise to expose it & effectively counter their deceptive trickery! Those that vote for McCain & Palin VOTE AGAINST THEIR INTERESTS & THEIR DESCENDANTS INTERESTS' "for worthless cultural marketing identity reasons."
McCain is totally wrong on the issues, but many will set aside their children's' future, & just vote their cultural identity!
We Democrats emcompass all the dimensions of "Pro Life" & "Right To Life," Not solely pre-birth.
McCain & Palin are "Right To Life" ONLY for the UNBORN, however, they are NOT "Right To Life" for those that have been born. Not for the Iraqi women & children, & perhaps not for the Iranian women & children. Nor for their reproductive rights, not when you use depleted uranium that destroys normal reproduction & causes horrible deformities & cancer. Many conditions & factors determine whether conception & a healthy baby will result in a Right To Life! Additionally, where is the health insurance & all the programs that, Obama is for, that would reduce the termination of a pregnancy!
The Iraq war has caused millions to lose their "RIGHT TO LIFE," & it has cost all American's Trillions of Tax Dollars down a self-defeating rat hole!
The most important & valuable part of Obama's speech, was at the very last, when he referred to the power of our unseen visions & of the resource power of our unified SPIRITUAL Resources. This is simply because we will never defeat injustice & the hatred it spawns by using the ultimate injustice - that of the terror of modern military force! The military occupation of soveriegn countries is also an illegal self-defeating endeavor. Such military force can only be used in very limited precision actions. Any other use & it is an imminent threat to us, which spawns hatred throughout our world as wrong-headed war becomes self-defeating in every arena & dimension of our lives! - Darrell Udelhoven
