Luis Moro makes Brack Obama Vice-President Short List.

WASHINGTON, DC – August 1st, 2008 – Barack Obama announced today he’s moved Award winning filmmaker Luis Moro to the top of his Vice-President running mate short list.

The decision was made during Obama’s Foreign Policy tour when millions of global citizen kept thanking and praising Obama for speaking out against the 47 year old failed policies against Cuba.

Moro and Obama first met in Los Angeles, CA. when Obama personally took a copy of history making film Cuba’s Love & Suicide, the movie from Moro. A few weeks later Moro was invited to lobby in Washington, DC against the embargo on Cuba. Luis met with Obama Senate staff, which took another fifteen copies of the film for review.

History was made a few weeks later when Barack Obama had the courage, dignity and character to speak out publicly against the embargo while still campaigning for the Democratic presidential nomination. I can go back in history when cubans were subjected to segragation in their own country.
my friend in service was station, in cuba told me about how he was discrimated as a black man
He shared his views with meWHY Castro TOOK OVER THE COUNTRYAND THAT WAS A GOOD THING.
He believed that Castro saw the inequilities and tried do something about it.
What made Castro unpopular were the views of the upper class who fled Cuba to come u.s ,with all their wealth , our gov't welcomed them with open arms, told how Casro new policies were destroying Cuba . I CAN TELL YOU WHY-- CASTRO SAID WE ARE GOING CHANGED THE POLICIES THAT WERE BENEFITING A FEW , ALL CUBANS ON EVERY ECONMIC LEVEL WILL HAVE BETTER LIVES. I NEVER STOPPED BELIEVING IN CASTRO. I CAN'T SAY I AGREED WITH EVERYTHING HE DID-- BUT I BELIEVED WHEN HIS HISTORY IS WRITTEN HE WILL BE VIEWED AS GREAT MAN WHO LOVED HIS CUBA VIVA LA CUBA

Thank you for sharing your views.

I personally, especially as an American Citizen, Cuban exile, with family in Cuba, FL, NJ, CA, don't think any political body to date has truly been for the people or even by the people.

It's more for our group, by the lobby.

With that said, I will be equally as happy when we abolish the embargo on Cuba as when we abolish the political systems in Cuba.

Said another way; our embargo sucks as does Castro.
