I just saw a video clip from the Today Show where they investigated whether BO was an agent of change in the State Senate or US Senate. It was interesting and I think pretty much says that he is but in both arenas he was not there long periods of time to get a lot of legistlation passed. They did speak to the (R) State Senator from Illinois who said he hadn't really seen anyone like BO. I thought I would share the link.
