It's funny how Senator McCain says he'll "bring the troops home in victory not in defeat" but at the same time he boast of the success of what's happening in Iraq. Which is it? Is there success in Iraq now or not? Removing the troops RESPONSIBLY seems to resonate "Success" to me if the whole plan is to RESPONSIBLY turn control over to the Iraqi government.
