I encourage my fellow Democrats living in Virginia to join the organization " Virginia Democrats" at www.vademocrats.org I joined last year and during the primary through inaugural periods I received very valuable information and links from them. By joining you help raise funds for our Virginia candidates. The website list events in Virginia along with other information important to Virginia residents. On February 7th the annual Jefferson-Jackson dinner will be held in Richmond, Virginia featuring special guest speaker President Bill Clinton. Please go to the before mentioned site to get details on how you can attend. While attending the dinner, please show your support for Governor Hopeful Terry Mcauliffe, he along with the other gubernatorial candidates will be speaking. Once again I highly recommend joining this organization if you want to keep up to speed with what's going on in Virginia.

Sorry I missed you as well, but there will be more opportunities for you to come to the area when we work on President Obama's reelection :-) I am glad you enjoyed Virginia. We are now working on getting Terry McAuliffe elected Governor. It is going to be a battle because all three Democratic candidates have great qualities and a wealth of experience.
