Fantastic video! Thanks for featuring it.
Please make some calls everyone, the upcoming races are too important!:

Why Signs?
In Idaho leading up to the February caucus there was hardly any signage in our area and many people that wanted to show their support for Barack Obama but could not. I did not want people in others states to have the same issue.
Exposure in the upcoming states is critical!
With this in mind, I took it upon myself to create several signs that people could download and print to show their support for Barack. The signs are in no way a substitute to yard or rally signs, but do serve the purpose of giving people the opportunity to publicly display their support for Barack Obama. Many have found them useful,
we exceeded 30,000 downloads this morning
.
To supplement my longer signage post, I decided to post the signage entry on my.barackobama.com blog. That way this post can be less in length and people can also bookmark the page.
If you like what I am doing, please consider making a donation to my fundraising page:
Do it here:
Link
>>>The 24 downloadable signs can be found here:

A special thanks goes out to all who have already donated. Enjoy the signage.
Download – Print – Donate – Repeat.

A little bit off topic, but here goes. I found this article on the BBC website. It was about Cuban doctors in Bolivia. Towards the end it talks about how a US embassy employee asked a Peace Corp volunteer to spy on the Cuban doctors. This kind of idiocy from our State Department is what is dragging us down in the world. Thank God we will have an Obama presidency to purge the brain dead Georgetown inbred ideologues from the State Department.

Hey everyone who is fundraising!
I recently wrote a reminder to some folks to help fundraise with me. Here is a copy of my letter. Please critique, or use it for yourself if it inspires your own letters to friends and fam.
****
I know you're busy, but I just wanted to check in with a quick reminder about a note I sent you earlier.
(Quick note: No matter which way you vote, I encourage everyone to participate in this election year. The age of apathy is over for a growing number of people. Demand that our representatives [even the ones you support] answer tough questions and do their work with transparency. Hold them responsible.)
Today, the chairman of the Senate Intelligence Committee had this to say when endorsing Barack Obama:
"I am all too aware that the threats we face are unconventional," Rockefeller said in a statement. "They are sophisticated. They are constantly changing and adapting. And they are very serious. What matters most in the Oval Office is sound judgment and decisive action. It’s about getting it right on crucial national security questions the first time – and every time.”
Obama's position on foreign policy matters is unique and encouraging; as a result, he is being supported by leaders with decades of experience on our most important issues. His decision to meet with old international adversaries is refreshing. The silent-treatment method practiced towards world leaders is juvenile foreign relations from the 20th century. We need to move forward, and the support Obama has earned demonstrate that people are ready.
I support Mr. Obama for his position on issues, his ability to raise the level of political dialog and inquiry, and for the respectable and positive manner in which he has run his campaign. In this election, we need a diplomat as President, and Mr. Obama embodies those necessary skills and personality traits found in one. Barack Obama and his supporters have reminded this country what practiced democracy is all about; we have witnessed an unprecedented increase in the number of citizens paying attention to and taking part in the political process. If we are interested in promoting democracy around the world, we require a leader who is capable of promoting and inspiring it at home first.
Take a moment to check out my personal fundraising page and consider making a donation of any size.

Kevin

Hillary didn't raise 34 million. I'll bet you 34 million dollars that in a couple of months when she has to release the actual numbers we will find that they were fudging the heck out of that figure. They needed something to make her appear viable.
I'm not saying it matters so much if she raised 34 million anyway. We raised more and we've got the right candidate. But automatically believing any 'information' that comes out of Mark Penn's campaign that hasn't been independently verified doesn't really make much sense at this point.
That would be like taking George Bush at his word that he would only use the Iraq resolution if he absolutely needed it. There are just some people who it is foolish to trust.

But that a million donated to her campaign? Thats just not possible.

I confess...I had a slight twing of sympathy for Hillary Clinton in the last couple of days. But this morning I realized that woman (I use the term loosely as I don't think she is fully human) doesn't deserve an ounce of sympathy. Her fear mongerring had is beyond dispicable! Senator Obama should produce an add with the same phone ringting but with a blunt interruption of footage of her at any of the various debates saying, "well if I knew then what I know now..." then a voice saying "We don't just need someone to answer the call at 3am; we need someone with the right answer b/c...there are no do-overs with the stakes this high...elect a leader who gets it right the first time" or something to that effect.

I am inching closer to my fundraising goal of $1,000.00 for this campaign. I am hoping to reach this goal by the end of the day so that it can count toward our February fundraising numbers.
I only need 100 people to donate a minimum of $10.00 to reach this goal.
Whatever you can donate is appreciated. For all those who have donated, Thank you!

Everyone lets please keep working hard in whatever way we can! Please keep donating, phone banking, canvassing and doing whatever you can! I have a personal fundraising page where I am attempting to raise $1,000 in small donations. Can you help me meet this goal?
Link
I have personally donated $140 to this campaign, but I do not have much money and cannot afford to donate anymore at the moment, but thanks to many wonderful Obama supporters my fundraising page has received over $600 in donations, can you help me reach my goal of $1,000 before March 4th by making a donation now?
Link
I particularly would like to get more young people like myself involved, Did you know Hillary said that work is a four letter word to young people? Lets prove her wrong! Even if you cannot afford to donate much why not donate $1 (cost of a Coke), $5 (a couple slices of pizza) or $10 (a ticket to a movie)? This small donation shows our stength in numbers and is how we will win the election!

Online polls are incredibly easy to blur. You just clear your cache and click refresh and re-vote. You don't even have to clear it on some of the polls, like aol, where just to prove a point, I voted for Barack like 100 times or something.

This is old news, but nevertheless revealing (I don't think it was posted here yet)
Regarding HRC's pressing of the point on "rejecting v renouncing." :
(LA Times 2/27)
... According to the reporter, Callejo "recently told us that African Americans never help Hispanics when they gain power and influence and that she would never vote for Sen. Obama. And now, quoting here, she said, 'Obama's problem is that he happens to be black.' "
Clinton was asked to react. ...
The Times' Michael Finnegan relates that Clinton responded: “Well, obviously I want us judged on our merits. I believe strongly that the fact that we have an African American and a woman running for the Democratic nomination is historical and I’m very very proud of that."
Pressed on whether she would reject and denounce such remarks, she said: "People have every reason to express their opinions. I just don’t agree with that. I think that we should be looking at the individuals who are running.”
She continued: “You know, this is a free country. People get to express their opinions. A lot of folks have said really unpleasant things about me over the course of this campaign. You can’t take any of that as anything other than an individual opinion.”

I am a Republican, so naturally I never cared for Hillary. It's quite obvious that she is in it to win it---for herself by any means necessary. She's not even being secretive about stealing the election. She's doing it right in everyone's faces. We have as a country, this very unique moment to come together and mend fences.
We have to mend fences here at home and abroad. So far, Hillary has proven to us that she doesn't want to mend anything. She's anti-unification, anti-hope, and anti-inspiration. Who wants that in a leader? She didn't anticipate the will of the people and the will for change. Her whole campaign sounds so 90ish, "Solutions For America"? Come on, give me a break, that's so weak and uninspiring.
Hillary's biggest problem is the fact that she thought the Presidency was entitled to her. She just knew that it was going to be hers. Her ego is as big as George Bush's. This election is about her, not about us. That's why people dig Barack. His campaign is our campaign. We the people are going to be elected this year. This isn't just Barack's fight, it's our fight. In 2009, we will reclaim our government and start the long process of building this country back to where it should be---in the hands of its people.

This article does a pretty good job telling the truth about Clinton's recent decision to conveniently be against NAFTA.
Link
As an aside, I make a lot of phone calls. I think my curiosity helps me a lot – because I really do like to hear what other people think. One of the things I have been curious about is how people felt about NAFTA when Clinton signed it. - Without exception, no matter what state I am calling, people tell me they didn't think it was a good idea. I didn't either – I'm old enough to remember and I wondered, “How is this good for us?” I thought I had to be missing something. ...time has shown me to be right – me, and EVERY SINGLE person I have asked.
Here's the article that really pointed out to ME why HRC being president is going to make it impossible for me to balance my budget. I'll be honest with you – I could never figure out why Mitt Romney didn't do better, considering his seemingly brilliance regarding the economy. I have a feeling, those people who didn't vote for him looked at how seriously he hurt his own state with health care...the same plan HRC has.
Link
Remember in the debate when Barack Obama said, “Her plan is good for the insurance company – his plan is good for the people.”? Hillary made no attempt to disagree. This is my opinion – Hillary, in every way is great for her lobbyists, not the people...they funded her campaign. We the people have funded Barack's campaign – HE is good for us.
Throughout this campaign we have had a huge up-hill battle because of people voting early – those early votes almost always go to Hillary because of name recognition or because they remember the Clinton years as good years, not realizing they set us up for the bad years to come – how could anyone ever guess that Bush would screw things up even further giving tax breaks to the wealthiest Americans and throwing the rest of us to the curb! We ARE in a mess. We need a leader who is FOR US, the people...the top 2% income earners will be fine – most of us need to survive and heal.

It's important to know that Obama IS still getting a lot of flack for the Blackwater issue. There are a LOT of liberals, progressives, and even radicals who really really want to vote for him. They do represent a voting bloc that wins an integrity vote beyond belief. They like that he is a minority voice and pro-unions. I've been following this closely since yesterday.
But progressive radio and indie media is questioning him sharply on this and it's turning people away.
I would very much like to see him address the less mainstream concerns -- I know he's walking a tight rope right now and that you can't please everyone. But if the ultra-liberals say "yes," that does tend to impact the views of another voting block of general liberals.
I personally know I've done some fairly radical activism and watched it trickle right on down to more support from less direct action, more progressive types.
Barack needs to take a moment, at some point, to speak to the Democracy Now, KPFA, Nation, Green Party, Nader folks who ARE closely aligned with moveon.org. I sense that they just feel he's been ignoring them. They want to vote. Oh yes! Even the anti-voters would like to vote Barack this year. But they're putting up walls as to why not, and the biggest reason is "He's not answering our questions."
He's got my vote because I simply have faith in him. But faith is hard to come by for some.
Barack, please consider reaching out again to some of this demographic.
But if it's a bad political move, well I respect that and don't think it will cost you the election. It would win "integrity points" with many, however.
Many who are extremely vocal, no less.
The independent media crowd is aching to fall in love all over again with you, Senator Obama. They just haven't heard from you in awhile.

Dan, I brought this up yesterday and concluded that this is true.
However, it's still all over independent media today. So maybe he wants to re-address it. The feeling is that it's been swept under the carpet. Like I said, that demographic, I suspect, wants deeply to believe him but is generally a hard win, and just needs a little TLC.
Most of the comments are about how he hasn't spoken out against it in a long time, so he must have changed his mind. He must be a typical politician. His heart's shifted.
I don't believe that, personally at all. Not a bit.
I'm just frankly amazed that a lot of these folks ARE even considering voting, period. There is NO conversation there for ANY other candidate. Because they are basically viewed as absolute status quo ultra-fake political scum by that faction.
So reaching out for a moment could be good. Just wanted to give a head's up because I've been scouring the sentiment about Obama today.
My boyfriend's a classic example. He's a 40-year old staunch non-voter who has actually phone banked for Barack, likes him, wants to believe in him, but grills me daily about why he isn't aggressively pushing on some of the issues that he was previously more vocal about.
I remind him that Barack's in the middle of an election and that he will be a man of his word when he gets into office.
There ARE issues I'd love to see him revisit myself. But again, he's trying to speak to the average American right now, and that's a balancing act.
The Blackwater thing though, that's a misperception that is out there like the muslim thing, looming in peoples' minds. So why not address it? Just because it's not on Foxnews? It's on absolutely huge Democratic sites!

Last night I posted a message in the blog asking others to donate to my fundraising campaign. I stated that I’d set a personal goal of $200 but had only raised $10 after talking to friends. And within twenty minutes, 4 people had given a total of $145. Then this morning two more strangers gave and pushed me OVER my limit, all in less than 12 hours. I am SO thankful to those who gave to a complete stranger! Thank you thank you thank you to them all. You made be believe even more in this movement!
But this got me thinking. I’m sure I’m not the only one stuck on my goal. In fact, a lot of us haven’t made the ground we thought we would. So I’ve found the names and links of all the people who gave to me and have not yet finished their own personal goals. I think it’d be amazing if we could finish them off as well. And since today is the last day of the month, we want to hit a homerun in fundraising, maybe this in incentive. So, here are the links to those who are still running short. Let’s see if we can finish them all off by the end of the day!

But as hard as it may seem, we cannot lose hope. Because there are people all across this country who are counting us; who can't afford another four years without health care or good schools or decent wages because our leaders couldn't come together and get it done." OHIO ELECTION INTEGRITY |
Report to Admin
By
Bobbie Sue Grenerth *OFA* www.handsontiffin.net
Feb 29th 2008 at 4:44 pm EST
Ohio Secretary of State Jennifer Brunner and Ohio Attorney General Marc Dann, both Democrats, said both their offices have made extensive preparations to ensure the election goes smoothly.
Dann, whose office helps enforce election law, predicted better primary and general elections this year "than the voters of Ohio have seen in at least half a generation."
He said he will have 25 lawyers on standby across the state to take legal action, or to otherwise resolve conflicts, who can react immediately to voter concerns or attempts at illegal activity.
Brunner said one lingering concern is that poll workers in some counties will be taking voting machines home this weekend, as they have as a convenience for years - on so-called "sleepovers" in advance of election day. She said she will seek to end the practice in time for the November general election, but decided it would be too disruptive to act before the primary.
To address any security worries, Brunner said she is keeping detailed records of who has custody of the machines at all times. And Dann's office will be paying close attention.

I cannot believe the 3 a.m. fear mongering ads. Its stunning. Will HRC call up GWB-who attempted this ever since 9/11 and tell him to raise the secrity danger to "red" before Tuesday too. I was primarily stunned by the fact that she accused Barack on Tuesday his mailers being out of the playbook of Karl Rover and has more than once accused him of being similiar Bush. What in the sam heck is this scare tactic? I did see Senator Obama's response ad. I like it better when he sticks to positive politics, its seems to be working wonders, but I can understand the need to respond. Geesh, she will stop at nothing. Her whole premise is "things are going to stink, be horrible -you need me her because I am used to the smell." No thanks, I'd rather get rid of the garbage.

I am such a political junkie I am about overdosed with the stupidity of the media. I mean seriously. Barack has openly said we should not have been distracted from the terrorists who attacked our country. That we will not be distracted when he is elected. Not to mention he is openly Christian. Did anyone suspect they'd like any of our candidates? Seriously. Oh and Bill Clinton is suggesting that Rockefeller was "paid" by Republican's to support Barack. What a crock, they woudl much rather have Hillary as an opponent why on earth woudl they want Superdelegets to move to him? I can't take the dumb stuff of the media!

I try very hard to stay positive, but some of this stuff pushes me over the edge. I have actually been trying to give her the benefit of the doubt, but wow, those Clinton's will stop at nothing. The shame of this is that our party needs uniting, she keeps driving a wedge and here's a real news ad Hillary "ITS NOT WORKING TO BE ANTI HOPE!~" I am no political pundit but 35 years of experience should make it evident that nothing like this happened before.

Hillary Clinton and Outsourcing |

Feb 29th 2008 at 9:04 pm EST
Hi team,
Below are a few articles on outsourcing that will be helpful as we talk to voters about Barack--especially voters in places like Ohio. The articles include information about Hillary Clinton’s troubling history with respect to outsourcing. The second article says that a pro-outsourcing group has pledged to raise $5 million for Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign. I’ve included excerpts from each article underneath the link for the article. Also, my intent in posting these articles is not to make a generalized statement that all Indian-Americans support outsourcing. I realize that is not the case as some of them have also been hurt by the devastating effects of outsourcing on workers in the U.S. (or have friends/family that have).
Link
Excerpts:
“The Indian vendors’ main worries are two Democratic candidates: Senator Barack Obama of Illinois, whose campaign has hinted at opposition to outsourcing, and John Edwards, former senator of North Carolina, who is running a populist campaign. Many Indian executives consider Senator Hillary Rodham Clinton, Democrat of New York, more sympathetic to their industry, but they are concerned that she will be compelled to match the others’ statements in a tight contest.”
Link
Excerpts:
“At a recent event in Los Angeles, host Nadadur Vardhan told those gathered that they should support Clinton because ‘she may shift more jobs to India,’ according to an Indian news account.”
….
“Among labor officials, a nagging question about Hillary Clinton's commitment to protecting U.S. jobs stems from a deal she helped broker for Tata Consulting, one of India's largest technology firms. In 2002, Clinton helped Tata land an agreement to open an office in New York state and to work with a Buffalo area university to create at least 100 jobs in the depressed community.
But today, Tata employs just 10 workers at the New York training center while sending much of its work to its predominantly Indian workforce, which includes many on temporary U.S. visas.”

And I am Proud of my Country again. I have not felt that way since the 70's or 80's when I was just a child. But that was because I believe what I read in my school books. And of Course Jimmy Carter at least cared about us. And Reagan overshadowed his evil partner Bush at the time.

It is almost 4:30 AM local time here in Austin, TX, and I have not had any rest/sleep since I landed here yesterday at 2:00 PM. Finding a rental car, driving to the 11th Street office in northeast Austin; helping with a "Kids 4 Obama" rally at the Victory Grill on 1104 E. 11th St; helping to tear things down and clean up after the rally; then... most exciting... driving several times to the airport till late in the night to pick up so many volunteers arriving from California to secure the victory for Barack, taking them to the local volunteer coordinator, then driving them to their supporter housing...
It's exciting stuff happening out here, and you wanna be part of this. It's never too late. But if you can't make it in person, never mind. Continue making some phone calls and... DONATE!

In order to personally help win Texas, I brought hundreds of buttons and hand-made "Obama" signs and placards, pressed T-shirts, etc.And that is nothing indeed... Nothing compared to the excellent campaign and the Hope that Barack brings us. We intend to invest more in this mission, even as we continue to make our regular personal donations directly to the to the campaign.

Full-sreen great-looking video would make a difference spreading Barack's message. To see how much better it looks than YouTube in the same site check out www.designavs.com
I've created a blog here, called in and talked to several volunteers, sent an email to the head of the Obama'O8, sent email to info@barackobama.com, and am now commenting on a few posts in hopes someone calls me.
Can not help spread the word in a more effective way with hugely more impact if no one calls from Obama'08 (The media a message is delivered in matters). YouTube and corporate america want us to spend money to get high definition (HD) online. If Barack shows it is possible without changes to infrastructure he would impress all and likely win!
FYI. HD video online technology can help! If you can get someone from Obama'08 who is a decision maker to check this out please do.
