A new Des Moines Register poll shows what we’ve been seeing for awhile – Barack is gaining momentum.
The Stand for Change Tour continued attracting huge crowds, with more than 400 people tonight in Iowa Falls – even in the snow!
Congressman Patrick Murphy, the only Iraq War veteran in Congress, endorsed Barack's campaign for change and kicked off the event by speaking about Barack's judgment and ability to unite Americans of all backgrounds. He said:
This is about all of us as Americans and the challenges we face...on caucus night, trust your instincts.
Leonard and Rita, who live in Iowa Falls, were undecided coming into the event, but signed supporter cards on the way out!
They've never caucused before, but Barack's speech tonight motivated them to caucus for Barack on Thursday at 6:30 PM.
Leonard and Rita said it's Barack's commitment to government transparency and opening the policy-making process to the American people that inspired them to commit their support.
