On Friday, August 17, Barack Obama visited a group of activists in Grinnell, Iowa at Saints Rest Coffee Shop. After speaking briefly, Senator Obama spent time talking to each attendee individually, answering their questions on issues that were important to them.Here is part of Barack's speech:
People aren't just coming out because they're against something. They want to be for something. Americans are sharing their hopes and desires that we can come together around a sense of common purpose.
