Obama must dump Dennis Ross from any foreign policy post considerations in his adminsitration - Dennis is a neocon - a Scooter Libby defender and fully credentialed AIPAC operative, for god's sake. Does anyone want a 'Warmonger Joe Lieberman' in his cabinet? Hell No! DITCH DENNIS - he's DANGEROUS!
Ross is a perfect example of the Israel Lobby in action in America - his long history in support of the Israel's illegal occupation of the West Bank, close coordination with recent Israeli administration policies towards the occupation and war crimes towards the Palestinians, and apologist for everything Israeli/Neocon including Scooter Libby and the 2nd Lebanon War. Ross is like Indyk or Lieberman - they are the enablers and conductors of perennial conflict in the Middle East and card-carrying members of the Israel Lobby (Walt and Mearsheimer in their seminal 'The Israel Lobby' fully delineate Ross's role in the Israel Lobby)
We must stay clear of Neocons such as Dennis in our campaign if we are to have any hope of bringing just and lasting peace in the Middle East.
The main problem with Obama's foreign policy staff is that cuddly neocon, Dennis Ross.
