Those Americans who think otherwise are either misinformed, or narrow minded and/or politically motivated. The Nobel Prize is for what a person stands for as well as what one has achieved. During the short period in office President Obama has achieved more dialogue and understanding:
1- The European Union;
2- Russia;
3- Iran as well as the many other Moslem nations;
4- Many African Nations
5- Etc.
Due to some of the above efforts, President Obama and his administration as well as the European Union and Russia were able to seal a peace deal between Armenia and Turkey after more than 90 years of hostilities and frozen relations. If that isn’t enough for a Nobel Prize, then what is?
