Harrisonburg City and Rockingham County are very fortunate to have a Presidential Elect Headquarters open locally to specifically serve our communities needs. The deal is that Norther VA, Norfolk/ Hampton (757) and the greater Richmond area have shown statistically (in the primaries) that there is a very good chance of these districts voting Democratic in November. The western part of our state, however, needs a little more help. So the Obama Campaign in addition to opening offices in 19 other places in VA, opened one here in Downtown Harrisonburg! 124 Main St. Across the street from Dave's Taverna! I've never been more thrilled with Harrisonburg's progressive thinkers, than last Saturday the 19th. When over 250 people showed up to the Grand Opening.
