John “Low Road” McCain.- The Overnight Celebrity

In his “Celebrity” spot- Mr. McCain decides to compare Barack Obama, United States Senator, and Democratic Presidential nominee to Britney Spears and Paris Hilton.

Britney Spears- a Mickey Mouse Club, turned teen singing sensation, turned oddly behaved young woman, turned Paparazzi target, turned How I Met your Mother guest star.

Paris Hilton- a young woman who became famous because she could- well, have a simple life with Nicole Richie.

I don’t see how anyone with an ounce of brain wave activity could view this and take it seriously. I mean both the commercial and Mr. McCain.

People are losing jobs everyday.
Homes are being foreclosed everyday.
Several banks have gone belly up in the last 3 weeks.
Gas prices are close to or over $4 per gallon.
Our soldiers are still being blown up in Iraq and Afghanistan.

What is Mr. McCain’s answer to these serious and troubling problems that are plaguing our country?

Has he announced his initiatives to jump start the economy? Has he hinted on ways to great jobs and lessen our crack-like addiction to foreign oil? Has he introduced any policy ideas at all?

Nope. Not one.

I guess it is easier to be nasty, criticize, and make jokes.

Any moron can do that.

John McCain did that.

What a guy.
