Earlier I posted a press release on Obama's stance on the Foreign Intelligence Survelliance Act. I wrote to Senator's Boxer and Feinstein. Boxer seemed in favor of the Bill. To the best of my knowledge it has only passed in the House of Representaives, not the Senate. For more information use these links:

There is a lot of legislation related to this bill, such as amednments. A government does not need to spy on it's citizens. There has been too much FBI and CIA damaging people's lives with the government paranoid suspicion. Rather than keep us safe, it gives the government power they do not need to have. OF FOR and BY the people. It is rather like when all Japense/Americans were held in detention centers. Many of them lost their homes and jobs due to that.
I do not like to fly anymore after having a cuticle scissors thrown away; not being allowed to bring hand cream, lotions and stuff with me. Why my daughters do not own cuticle scissors is beyond me. I travel light with one carryon bag and truly can not afford airline prices for a bottle or water or can of ice tea. Under GWB law, I am considered an "enemy combatant" simply because I am a peace activist and protested the Iraq war. Enough is enough.
